Base Price includes:
- (~30) latex balloons of various sizes in cloud formation
- (2) large mylars and (1) standard mylar OR (1) large mylar and (3) standard mylars
Customizations:
- Horizontal or vertical orientations (no charge)
- Add more mylar topper balloons (+$varies)
- Add decorative balloons to base (+$varies)
